List of Additional Items Needed

Please bring all the items to the GYM at St. Anthony on
Wednesday, November 29th between
7:15 a.m. -  8:00 a.m
or
5:30 p.m. -  6:30 p.m


For
Concessions
&
Lunch

  • 4 power strips
  • 4 coffee urns (large 40 cup)
  • 2 propane camp stoves

For
Field Maintenance

  • All volunteers should have a cell phone. If you do not have one available, please see the tournament director
  • 4 dispensing coolers for gaterade & water
  • 2 10x10 (or 1 10x20) tents (hospitality tent @ UIW)
  • Snacks & drinks for hospitality tents
